This Semiannual Report to the Congress covers the oversight activities of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of State (Department), the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), and the International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, U.S. Section (IBWC) from October 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021. OIG is responsible for the oversight of more than $76 billion in Department and USAGM programs and operations.
