OIG recommends that the International Broadcasting Bureau, Office of Contracts, develop policies and procedures and implementation guidance to ensure that contracting officers and contracting officer’s representatives are fully aware of the type and extent of quality assurance procedures that should be performed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the type of documentation that should be maintained in the contract file as supporting evidence of quality assurance.
